Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the Uno Peanut Powder and soy sauce to create a paste-like consistency. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the Uno Peanut Powder and soy sauce mixture to the skillet. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly in the peanut sauce.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
Remove from heat and transfer the Uno Peanut Powder Wet-Fried Chicken to a serving dish.
Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dishes.
