Breakfast Porridge

This Uno Peanut Powder Porridge is a simple and comforting breakfast option that’s quick to make and packed with nutty goodness. Customize it with your favorite sweetener and enjoy a delicious and nutritious start to your day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup porridge flour (such as maize or millet flour)
  • 2 tablespoons Uno Peanut Powder
  • 2 cups water
  • Sweetener of your choice (honey, sugar, maple syrup, or agave nectar), to taste
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the porridge flour and Uno Peanut Powder together until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Once the water is boiling, gradually whisk in the porridge flour and Uno Peanut Powder mixture, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the porridge simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes or until it thickens to your desired consistency.
  • Add a pinch of salt, if desired, to enhance the flavors.
  • Remove the porridge from the heat and stir in your sweetener of choice, to taste. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
  • Once sweetened to your liking, ladle the Uno Peanut Powder Porridge into bowls.
  • Serve the porridge warm, and enjoy its creamy texture and nutty flavor!
