African Wet Fried Fish
The Tilapia in Uno Peanut Sauce hot with your favourite side dish
Ingredients
1 Fried Tilapia Large Fish
1 onion, chopped
Handful of coriander leaves, chopped
Handful of coriander stems, chopped
3 tomatoes, blended
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons Uno Peanut Powder
Hot water
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the Uno Peanut Powder with hot water until it forms a smooth paste. Set aside.
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they become translucent.
Add the blended tomatoes to the pan and cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
Pour in the Uno Peanut Sauce mixture and stir well to combine.
Add the tilapia to the pan, making sure it is coated evenly with the sauce.
Cover the pan and let the fish simmer in the sauce for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Sprinkle garam masala over the fish and sauce, then gently stir to incorporate.
Once heated through, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and stems.
Serve the Tilapia in Uno Peanut Sauce hot with your favorite side dishes.
