Serve the Spicy Peanut Beef Noodles hot, and enjoy the delicious fusion of flavors

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Uno Peanut Powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions or sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the Uno Peanut Powder and soy sauce to create a paste-like consistency. Set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the Uno Peanut Powder and soy sauce mixture to the skillet. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly in the peanut sauce.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Remove from heat and transfer the Uno Peanut Powder Wet-Fried Chicken to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dishes.
