Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons Uno Peanut Powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, or stevia), optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Water or milk of choice (optional, for desired consistency)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the diced mango, peeled avocado, strawberries, banana, plain yogurt, Uno Peanut Powder, sweetener (if using), and ice cubes.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add water or milk of your choice gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
